These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of marlowandcoast.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Apex Atrium LLC ("Marlow & Coast", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products, pricing, and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device displays colours accurately, and actual products may vary slightly. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been submitted. Product availability is not guaranteed, and listings do not constitute a binding offer.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the item(s). If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund of any amount charged.
