Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. Please read it carefully, as it sets realistic expectations for delivery given that our pieces are shipped from overseas partners.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Where we ship from
Our items are shipped from our suppliers and fulfilment partners, some of which are located overseas. This allows us to offer the range and pricing we do.
Delivery times
We deliver worldwide. Orders typically arrive within 10–15 days of being placed. This window includes processing and transit time. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery may occasionally be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs — what you pay is the total
The price you pay at checkout is the full and final amount for your order. You will not be charged anything extra. Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs are already accounted for in the total shown at checkout, and you will not be asked to pay additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees on delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, contact support@marlowandcoast.com.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times, at no extra cost to you. Please don't worry if one item arrives before another.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if the order hasn't shipped, we will do our best to correct it.
Lost, delayed, or undelivered parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@marlowandcoast.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
